If shoulder or knee pain is limiting how you live, work, or stay active, the goal is simple: get an accurate diagnosis, a clear plan, and the right treatment — without unnecessary delays or unnecessary surgery.

Dr Lindsay's aim is to provide focused, high-level, evidence driven orthopaedic care for active patients across Central Oregon. Whether the goal is getting back to skiing, biking, hiking, golfing, lifting overhead without pain, sleeping through the night, or simply staying independent, treatment is built around real-life outcomes.

Orthobiologics are natural substances such as cells, tissue, blood components, and growth factors that are harnessed to aid in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries or conditions.
